Methods of Payment

We accept payments via VISA, Mastercard, Bank Transfers, and Apple Pay. Please note that we do not accept PayPal. Payment information will be provided via email upon order confirmation. If you have questions regarding alternative payment methods, please contact us at +1(774) 494-3688.

Sales Tax

Outdoor Marine Gear LLC is not responsible for collecting sales tax on orders shipped from Anchorage, AK, to locations outside of Alaska. For orders delivered within Alaska, sales tax will apply unless you provide exemption status or proof of export (Bill of Lading).

Back Orders

In the event that an item is delayed by the manufacturer, our Customer Service Representative will reach out to you. If you choose to proceed with your order, we will charge you at the time of the order and ship it as soon as the item becomes available. Please note that internet credit card authorizations cannot remain in a pending state for more than 7 days, so we must either capture the funds or cancel the order for back orders and special orders.

Special Orders

We are here to assist you with any special orders. Please provide all necessary details about the product you wish to order, including the model number, name, and color. Outdoor Marine Gear is not liable for any inaccuracies in the manufacturer information provided. Most special orders cannot be canceled or returned, and items shipped directly from the supplier may incur an additional service fee.

Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

To qualify for a return, please ensure that you include the original packaging, manuals, and all product components with your return. We reserve the right to refuse returns or impose additional fees at our discretion if the merchandise is not in the original packaging and in a ready-to-sell condition.

Return Policy:

  • Refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Special orders are not eligible for returns.
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported within 10 days.
  • A refund will be processed once the product is received from the customer.
  • Customers must notify us of returns within 10 days and provide a tracking number to qualify for a refund.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was delivered.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective.
  • Inspection of the item is required before processing refunds, which may take up to 15 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Electronics
  • Inflatable boats
  • Trailers
  • Outboard engines
  • Showroom models, demo items, clearance products, and those with cosmetic imperfections are not eligible for return or exchange.
